All returns are subject to inspection. Serial numbers on products purchased MUST match the serial numbers on products returned to us. There is also a 20% restocking fee on ALL returned products that have been opened/used. If the product is NOT in original condition or missing certain accessories, we reserve the right to charge a greater restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs in given circumstances.
